Doing the right things

We believe that being ethical and entrepreneurial aren’t mutually exclusive – especially when it comes to successful estate agencies.

A network to be proud of

We created the EAN for estate agents who believe in doing the right things at all times. Be that how they treat clients, invest in their team’s development, support their communities, protect our environment and much more.

In our experience, the best, most forward-thinking estate agents are also the most ethical.

We provide the tools, training and togetherness for exceptional, non-competing agents to be more successful and impactful.

Pricing

We like to keep things simple and transparent when it comes to pricing. It’s £299+VAT per month for exclusive membership for up to three postcode districts e.g. MK1–3.

If you’re interested in a larger area, let’s have a chat.

Scholarships

Each year, we have five scholarships available for agents who want to do the right things but aren’t currently in a position to pay for EAN membership. Certain criteria apply.

Questions?

You’ve no doubt got some questions for us. That’s good because we’ve got answers for you.

Meet your team

Yes, that’s right – our team becomes your team if you’re accepted as an Ethical Agent Network member. Let’s meet them.

Jerry
The Founder & Second Best at Making Tea. Jerry believes in content, community and karma (in no particular order). He loves talking – a lot.
Amanda
The CEO (Community Enjoyment Officer) – Amanda is our Swiss Army knife in that she’s multi-skilled and looks after members like she’s their mum.
Adam
The Ryan Reynolds lookalike (apparently) – Adam is our branding and digital in-house expert. He knows a LOT of stuff, some of it very random.
Bronwyn
Our Aussie Ace – Bron researches and writes a lot of our content. She’s calm, hard-working and full of great ideas.
Sukhi
Super Sukhs – She’s as smart as a Savile Row tailor and creates some of the best content in the estate agency industry.
Benny
The Bearded Wonder (currently) – Benny’s our members’ go-to guy for graphics, templates and a whole lot more.
Carmin
Our South African sensation. She is our go-to girl for getting things done. More versatile than James Milner (she won’t understand that).
Vikram
Our in-house Artificial Intelligence expert – this man is so smart that ChatGPT asks him for AI ideas.
Lindy
The Top Dog.
