Not every estate agent can join our UK-wide network. In fact, only a small percentage meet the standards we set.

Unlike several other estate agency networks, the EAN is not a pay-to-play network.

What “Not Pay to Play” Means for You

Most estate agency trade groups and networks allow anyone to join, provided they pay the required fee. The EAN is different. You can’t just buy your way in. Every member must meet strict criteria around service, reputation, and ethical standards before being accepted.

For you, this means:

Every EAN member has been vetted and approved, not just signed up with a credit card.

Membership is a mark of trust and credibility, not a marketing gimmick.

You can feel confident knowing your chosen agent has earned their place through proven ethical practice, not payment alone.

To be accepted, members must:

Hold consistently excellent Google reviews (average 4.5★ or higher, with at least 50 verified reviews).

Show a proven record of community involvement and local support.

Be independent, local agencies — not faceless corporates.

Commit to ongoing training and development for their team.

Sign and commit to our Members’ Promises — a pledge to put people and purpose first, not profits.
