The EAN’s  Fundamental Four

The Ethical Agent Network isn’t for everyone.

Some agencies won’t care whether they’re seen as ethical or not.

Some customers only want the cheapest price and don’t value exceptional service.

Some suppliers won’t make the promise to look after their estate agency clients genuinely.

The EAN isn’t for them, and vice versa.

Our criteria for being accepted into the network are based on four fundamentals

All applicants must have at least 50 Google Reviews with an average of 4.5 stars out of five.

This doesn’t apply to new agencies opened within 12 months of application – we provide training and support around collecting genuine reviews.

All applicants must be able to clearly show evidence of at least two community projects/involvements within the past 12 months.

All applications are assessed at the interview stage, where we learn more about them and vice versa.

All applicants sign up to our Members’ Promise.

The Ethical Agent Network is exactly what the best  in our industry needs right now.
