The eight promises

Every member signs these in full. They are binding, and membership can be taken away for breaking them.

  3. We promise to do the right thing even if it costs us time, money, or both.
  4. We promise to never criticise our rival agents, as it undermines our profession.
  5. We promise to respect the members' area exclusivity rule.
  6. We promise to share ideas, tips, issues and advice with fellow members.
  7. We promise to support the local community whenever and wherever we possibly can.
  8. We promise to respect and invest in our team's learning and development.
